Standard Return Policy

Returns can be arranged via our online  website in one single step.

You can indicate your intent to return within 7 days of receiving your product. If mentioned period of time is passed, sadly products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. So as to be able to return an item, it has to be unused and in the same condition that you obtained it with tags still enclosed and in the original packaging.

If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please use our online Self Service website or contact us. Make sure you provide the following details:

• Your Web Order Number.
• A contact phone number

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Payments can only be refunded to the original payment method.

Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Shipping Costs

Customer is in charge of paying for his or her own shipping costs for giving back the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
